Is Specialization the Way of the Future?

Our members come with an impressive breadth and depth of experience throughout the real estate sector.

We are known for our expertise in the areas of sales and leasing, property management and finance, but are the tides beginning to change? Is it now time to become even more specialized within our fields? We are certainly seeing this trend both within and outside of the real estate industry.

REIC is responding to these changes. We recently partnered with NAR to deliver a host of NAR courses in specialized areas of real estate sales. Members are now able to attend classes that will lead to designations within specialized sales roles such as the ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative, the SRS - Seller Representative Specialist, the SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialists, and the CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist.  If you are looking to advance your skills as a broker manager, we now provide courses that lead to the CRB designation.

For those who are just starting out, achieveing a speciality designation is a great way to build a niche for yourself. For individuals who already hold an FRI designation, obtaining a NAR designation adds additional marketing power.

Classroom courses are being added to our roster on an ongoing basis. Visit our website for course outlines and information. For individuals who want to work at their own pace, some of our courses are also available online!

Make your mark and expand your knowledge with a specialized designation program offered through REIC.
