HRS402 - Leadership and Human Resource Essentials

This intermediate level, two day course is designed to cover 10 essential elements of dealing with employees and managers. Learn to successfully face the challenges of hiring, leading, managing, and evaluating your staff and discover how to operate a seamless human resources function.

Each lesson is prefaced by key concepts and learning objectives, which guide the students and enable them to self-assess their own leadership styles. A summary and key actions are provided at the end of each lesson, and sources of additional reading are suggested. The information and ideas presented are designed to fit a variety of situations, and group work is encouraged.
