IRES2310 - Building Construction and Systems

This course is for real estate industry professionals interested in pursuing the CRP (Certified Reserve Planner) or ARP (Associate Reserve Planner) designation.

Students taking this course learn the basics of building technology and the scope and content of a building audit. The course illustrates the processes involved in conducting a reserve fund study and a technical audit; and demonstrates the design concepts and durability factors leading to building repair. Credit is awarded for this course upon successful completion of an online exam.
