REIC2285 - Legal Issues in Real Estate Finance

The objective of this course is to develop the real estate practitioner's skills in understanding the various legal pitfalls involved in real estate today with respect to conduct and dealings. The course is ideal for the real estate professional who deals directly and negotiates with consumers of real estate and who work with residential mortgages. This three-day course ends with an assignment that is due one month after the course ends.
