Pinnacle Skills Workshop

The ability to communicate with purpose and clarity is the key to personal and professional success.

Attendees will learn to influence audience reaction and behaviour, whether in a presentation, team meeting, one-to-one conversation or any other communication, social or professional, using communication techniques performers and leaders have used for centuries.

Discover how to successfully incorporate personal and professional stories into meetings or presentations so your audience is hooked and engaged.

This workshop is valued at
$165 per person!

Facilitator: Tina Gluschenko
Tina came to Pinnacle following 10 years as a meeting and event manager for a litigation consulting firm. Her work with international clients makes her uniquely poised to bring the Pinnacle Method abroad. Tina has been a Chicago-based actress for over 15 years, performing at The Goodman, Steppenwolf, The Second City and other notable theaters. Tina has also served as a founding board member for the Women's Leadership and Mentoring Alliance.

Off-Site Adventure: Journey Behind the Falls

Table Rock Welcome Centre is the heart of Niagara Parks - where every year millions of visitors gather to witness the waters rushing over the brink of the Horseshoe Falls! Delegates will take a journey deep below and behind the falls - as close as you can get - where a Heritage representative will share stories about Niagara's history.

You will receive a free souvenir biodegradable rain poncho as protection from the mist - but not to worry, you won't get too wet during this trip! The trip will conclude with a 3-course plated dinner at the newly renovated Table Rock House restaurant!

Pursuit of Excellence Awards Gala

The REIC Pursuit of Excellence Awards program recognizes excellence in the real estate industry. The Awards gala is an evening of delicious food, entertainment, and appreciation for the hard work and accomplishments of our partners and colleagues.

This year delegates will enjoy our Casino Royale themed activities with all proceeds going to the Hands of Fire sculpture group - an official chapter of the Canadian Council of the Blind.

Our MC for the evening is Yan Markson, one of Toronto's top mentalist & magicians. Yan has worked across Canada at Cirque Avaia, the 2010 Olympic Games, as well as in Las Vegas on Penn & Teller’s TV Show “Fool Us”. In 2015 he was recognized as ‘Top Magician’ in Toronto by BlogTo.
