Board of Directors
The property and business of the Greater Toronto Chapter shall be managed by a Chapter Board composed of a President, Vice-President (or President-Elect), Immediate Past President, Secretary/Treasurer and where appropriate, member representatives from each Council of REIC. The composition of the Chapter Board shall vary to reflect the number of members with various designations and the total size of the Chapter. When possible the Greater Toronto Chapter Board should have representation from each Council.
