Nominating Committee
Not later than the first day of March in each year, the Chapter President, with the approval of the Chapter Board, shall appoint a Nominating Committee consisting of not less than two members who are not officers of the Chapter Board, plus the Chair, who is the Immediate Past President of the Chapter, to nominate members (not candidates) for the Chapter Board for the following elective year.
The Nominating Committee shall solicit nominations from the Chapter membership for all positions on the Chapter Board except for the office of the President. The names of those nominated shall be communicated by the Secretary or their designate to each active member of the Chapter, no later than the thirtieth (30th) day of March.
