Pre-requisite REIC 2360: The Leasing Process

Using discussions and practical exercises this course will introduce the participants to Reserve Fund Studies. Three days. An in-class multiple choice examination.

Using discussions and practical exercises this course will introduce the participants to Building Construction and Systems. Four days. An in-class multiple choice examination.

Using discussions and practical exercises this course will introduce the participants to Building Costing and Life Analysis. Three days. An in-class assignment and multiple choice examination.

Using discussions and practical exercises this course will introduce the participants to Reserve Fund Studies. Three days. An in-class multiple choice examination.

This course encompasses all aspects of a Reserve Fund Study. Students will visit and inspect a condominimum building, examine and analze building plands and prepare a complete reserve fund study report. Four days. A reserve fund case study due one month after course ends.
