CID201 - Successful Condominium Management
Currently, REIC is offering its courses via virtual (real-time remote), home study, or online through the University of Fredericton. Please refer to the upcoming class schedule for full details regarding the delivery options available.
This course is designed for managers of condominiums -residential, office, co-op or planned unit developments. Students learn strategies to confidently manage the day to day operations of a condominium property by increasing their knowledge in the areas of: governance, relationship management, legal and risk management, financials and maintenance management.

Option A (Classroom)
The six-day classroom session ends with the ARM® Certification exam.
Please note: Since CID201 leads to an ARM education credit, the classroom offering includes the option for students to take the ARM® Certification exam.
Option B (Home Study)
The home study option ends with an open book exam. Six months are allowed for the completion of the course. In addition, successful completion of the ARM Certification exam is required to apply for credit towards the ARM designation.
