GRI.C ProgramTo obtain the GRI.C designation you must complete the following:
REIC2600: Ethics in Business Practice PSA: Price Strategy Advisor * ABR®: Accredited Buyer's Representative * SRS: Seller Representative Specialist * RENE: Real Estate Negotiation Expert * *NAR® courses offered through REIC |

The GRI.C Program takes the typical applicant 12-18 months to complete. You have 5 years to complete the program requirements for designation.

Cost
If the program is completed within a year, it will cost the typical applicant who has been accepted into the GRI.C program approx. $4,035 ** plus taxes. This is inclusive of the application fee and all required courses. ** Cost is based on NAR® courses taken through REIC. Prices for NAR® courses offered by alternative institutions may alter the total cost. |

APPLYComplete the application package to apply for the Designation Program. Once your application is approved and you have accepted the REIC Code of Professional Standards, you can begin your journey to designation.
