Property Management

ARM®: Accredited Residential Manager (requires a minimum of 1 year of qualifying experience)
ACoM®: Accredited Commercial Manager (requires a minimum of 1 year of qualifying commercial property management experience)
CPM®: Certified Property Manager (requires a minimum of 3 years of qualifying experience)

Finance, Lending, & Investment

CRF: Certified in Real Estate Finance (5-7 years direct experience)
CRU: Certified Real Estate Underwriter (5-7 years direct experience)
CRP: Certified Reserve Planner (3-5 years direct experience)
