MAH201 - Managing Affordable Housing

MAH201 is a self‑paced online course offered by IREM that focuses on the principles and real‑world challenges of managing affordable housing properties. It is designed for both new and experienced residential property managers and includes Canadian content alongside extensive coverage of U.S. federally legislated affordable housing programs.

This course takes approximately 12 hours to complete, plus an online exam. The exam must be completed within one year of registration
