MPLIND - Management Plan Independent

Management Plan Independent (MPLIND) meets the management plan requirement for the CPM®.

​As part of the designation process, CPM®​ Candidates must complete the management plan requirement. There are two options to meet this requirement:

Complete the Traditional Management Plan Independent (MPLIND)

Prepare and receive a passing score on a management plan on an actual property of your own choice following detailed guidelines provided.

Complete the Management Plan Skills Assessment Course

Complete and pass the Management Plan Skills Assessment (MPSAXM) course and MPSA exam administered during the course.

Both options are designed to validate your real estate management competency, and assesses your knowledge of the concepts, technical skills, and processes involved in preparing, analyzing, and completing a property management plan following IREM standards.

Candidate Members: $1170 plus tax

Register for MPLIND

It is strongly recommended that you complete the CPM® education requirements before completing the management plan requirement. You must register for MPLIND before completing and submitting a management plan written for an actual property of your own choosing.
