REIC2600: Ethics in Business Practice
Pass: the ACoM® certification exam

Education

You have: a 2 year undergraduate or graduate degree (eg: major, minor or concentration) in real estate or property management or an associate's degreee in non-commercial property management or real estate program

Pass: the ACoM®​ certification exam
Alternative Learning Options: MNT402, HRS402, FIN402 or ASM603, and MKL410

Approx Cost: Inclusive of application fee, candidate dues, and required course: $4600 plus taxes.
