REIC recognizes that you may hold other designations, have completed some higher education or have experience-based learning which, when qualified, can reduce the number of courses required to become designated by up to 75%.

You hold: CPM®, CAM, RAM CRM, or PCAM designation.
REIC2600: Ethics in Business Practice
Pass: the ARM®​ certification exam

Education

You have: a 2 year undergraduate or graduate degree (eg: major, minor or concentration) in real estate or property management or an associate's degreee in non-commercial property management or real estate program

Cost: Inclusive of application fee, candidate dues, and required course: $4600 plus taxes.
