Fall Luncheon Seminar

October 20, 2023

Our fall luncheon seminar held at the Shaugnessy Restaurant at VanDusen Garden was a big success. We heard Mike LaPorte speak on the current status of Depreciation Report regulation in BC, the possible areas of change to the BC Strata Property Regulation related to depreciation reports, and the potential implications for consultants, property managers, and strata councils & owners, as well as Ranvir Khosla speak on FortisBC’s Energy transition and path forward with low-carbon solutions, and how to talk to your clients about the benefits of homes equipped with gas.

26th Annual Golf Tournament

On behalf of the REIC BC Chapter and IREM Chapter 50, we like to thank everyone who attended the 26th Golf Tournament. We were very pleased with the September weather which turned out to be so sunny and the lunch buffet was delicious.

We had so many prize donations from our sponsors and we were able to raise funds for the Senior Services Society of BC from the raffle ticket sales.
