If you are just starting out or considering a career in real estate or property management, but have limited or no experience, the Certification in Ethical Real Estate (CERE) is a great way to set yourself apart from others in a highly competitive industry and to signify that you hold yourself to the highest ethical and professional standard. This is an entry level certification and no proof of experience is required. |

APPLYYou must be an REIC Associate or become one when applying for the CERE. Fill out and submit the required application.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONNo proof of experience is required but to be granted the CERE, you must complete, at the minimum, the Ethics in Business Practice course.

ACHIEVE CERTIFICATIONOnce you have completed your education requirements, you will be able to use your CERE professionally as long as you keep it active by maintaining your Associate status.
