​Other Designations

You hold: CCIM, CFM, CSM PCAM or RPA designation.
REIC2600: Ethics in Business Practice
Pass: MPSAXM course OR
Successfully complete: a management plan on an actual property (MPIND).
Pass: the CPM®​ certification exam

Education

You have: an undergraduate or graduate degree (eg: major, minor or concentration) in real estate or property management.

Pass: MPSAXM course OR
Successfully complete: a management plan on an actual property (MPIND).
Pass: the CPM®​ certification exam

​Professional Experience

You have: 20 years of qualifying professional experience which is verified via experience reports
