MPSAXM

MPSAXM- Management Plan Skills Assessment

The MPSAXM is designed to assess your knowledge of the concepts, technical skills, and processes involved in preparing, analyzing, and completing a property management plan following IREM standards. It is completed in a classroom setting and includes an exam component that requires responses to management scenarios based on a property type.

REIC, through its partnership with IREM, is pleased to be able to provide your online examination and access to the course material using IREM’s learning platform.

The MPSAXM begins with a two-day intensive review of key concepts in a virtual or in-person classroom setting. This is followed by an online four-hour complex multiple-choice and short answer questions exam which will evaluate your ability to conduct several real-world analyses and make recommendations across scenarios and property types.

It is strongly recommended that you fulfill the CPM® education requirements before completing the management plan requirement.
Please note: Taking FIN402, ASM600, and MPSAXM in consecutive order is strongly recommended.

REIC offers this course virtually.
