To become an REIC Member,  you are a highly trained real estate professional bound by the Institute's Code of Professional Standards and you have proven your dedication by meeting our education and practical experience requirements.

​Our members currently maintain or are working towards REIC and IREM designations. Our designation programs are highly recognized, and cover all disciplines of the real estate industry. Your designation is the public’s assurance that they are dealing with a professional who has made a career commitment to higher ethical standards in the real estate industry.

How to Become a Member

Select a designation

The first step to becoming a member is to select a designation program. You can select from a range of programs to find the one that best suits your career goals. 

Apply to your chosen designation

Application forms are available on each designation page. After submitting your application, you will be notified by an REIC Team member, once it has been approved.
