CID201 - Successful Condominium Management

Enhance your basic management skills and develop sound strategies to increase the management performance of your residential property.

This 5 day course is designed for managers of condominiums -residential, office, co-op or planned unit developments. Students learn strategies to confidently manage the day to day operations of a condominium property by increasing their knowledge in the areas of: governance, relationship management, legal and risk management, financials and maintenance management.​

This course meets program requirements for the ARM® designation.

Currently, REIC is offering its courses via virtual (real-time remote), home study, or online through the University of Fredericton. This course is also available in home study format. Please refer to the upcoming class schedule for full details regarding the delivery options available.
