CID201 - Successful Condominium Management

Enhance your basic management skills and develop sound strategies to increase the management performance of your residential property.

This 5 day course is designed for managers of condominiums -residential, office, co-op or planned unit developments. Students learn strategies to confidently manage the day to day operations of a condominium property by increasing their knowledge in the areas of: governance, relationship management, legal and risk management, financials and maintenance management.​

This course meets program requirements for the ARM® designation.
