The ARM® is for those who are in the early stages of their residential property management careers and want to prove they've mastered core competencies. Regarded as the most recognized credential for residential real estate managers, the ARM® designation signifies a specialist in managing a range of residential properties.
You must have a minimum of one (1) year of qualifying experience, meeting minimum criteria, in order to qualify for candidacy. The ARM® program covers topics such as: minimizing vacancies, controlling property costs, enhancing property values, and fulfilling owner objectives. |

REQUIRED EDUCATIONMust have a minimum of one (1) year of qualifying experience, meeting minimum criteria, in order to qualify. There are 3 education paths based on your qualifications.

EXPERIENCE INTERVIEWOnce you have completed your education requirements and have submitted the required experience forms, a qualified representative from REIC will contact you for your experience interview.

ACHIEVE DESIGNATIONYou will receive your designation certificate, ARM® pin and full membership after all requirements have been met including your acceptance of the REIC Code of Professional Standards and becoming a member of the local chapter (where applicable).
