The Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) designation recognizes the proven specialist in leasehold acquisition, disposal and administration. The CLO program prepares real estate professionals for the complexity of today’s real estate leasing decisions, providing the tools and resources that will help expand your career and business opportunities.
You must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in leasing activities throughout your working day. This rigorous, specialized education program gives you the edge in every aspect of the leasing process, from acquiring space to administering a leasehold. |
CLO ProgramTo obtain the CLO Designation you must complete the following:
REIC2600: Ethics in Business Practice FIN402: Investment Real Estate REIC2360: The Leasing Process REIC2361: Negotiation and Documentation The CLO Program will take the typical candidate 12 months to complete.

APPLYComplete the application package to apply for the Designation Program. Once your application is approved and you've accepted the REIC Code of Professional Standards, you will become an REIC Candidate and begin your journey to designation.
