The Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) designation identifies professionals with specialized expertise in leasehold acquisition, disposal, and administration. The program prepares real estate practitioners to navigate today’s increasingly complex leasing landscape with confidence and credibility.

Once approved into the program:
$350 plus tax REIC Education
REIC2600: Ethics in Business Practice - $1495 plus tax
REIC2360: The Leasing Process - $2395 plus tax REIC2361: Negotiation and Documentation - $2395 plus tax FIN402: Budgeting, Cash Flow, and Reporting for Investment Real Estate - $995 plus tax $7280 plus tax Certification

APPLYComplete the application package to apply for the Designation Program. Once your application is approved and you've accepted the REIC Code of Professional Standards, you will become an REIC Candidate and begin your journey to designation.
